The entire seven-hectare island is the hotel, reached by a short boat ride from Bandol, with swimming available directly from the rocks or from a small beach cove depending on the mood. A dive center sits right on site for anyone who wants to go further than a swim. The island is car-free and seasonal (May through October) — once Paul Ricard's private playground, recently reinvented.
